Legal Notice:
In accordance with the Used Oil Ordinance, we accept the following used oils free of charge: combustion engine oils, transmission oils, oil filters, and oily waste generated during oil changes. You can return the used oil to us in the quantity corresponding to the quantity purchased from us.

You can drop off the oils there during opening hours (weekdays, Mon - Fri between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.). Alternatively, the used oil can be sent to our collection point. Please note that special transport conditions may apply to used oil. We would also like to point out that our collection point has facilities that allow for professional oil changes.
If you are a commercial end user, please note that we may engage third parties to fulfill our acceptance obligations.
According to the wording of Section 8 Paragraph 1a Sentence 1 of the Waste Oil Ordinance, the collection point must accept the used oil free of charge. This means that the return itself must be free of charge (cf. Häberle in Erbs/Kohlhaas, Strafrechtliche Nebengesetze, 206th Supplementary Edition, Section 17 ElektroG, Rn. 5), meaning that the consumer may not be charged for disposal costs. However, the term "free acceptance" does not include the shipping costs incurred when returning used oil via e-commerce.
