Our services

IRMLER RACING© wheels

We offer custom-made IRMLER Racing© wheels, either as one-piece cast wheels made of aluminum or magnesium, forged for the highest loads, up to our multi-piece classics in the iconic style of the 80s and 90s. For classic and modern touring cars, formula cars, Group C sports cars or simply for your classic car on the road – we offer the perfect solution for every vehicle.

Design & development of racing parts

We use state-of-the-art software to develop vehicle parts, carry out FEMA analysis, create data models using laser scanners with associated calculation software and perform reverse engineering. The affiliated quality assurance department can carry out material tests, tensile tests and, for wheel testing, bending circulation tests.

Reproduction of automotive spare parts

We reproduce technical vehicle parts for motorsport and road vehicles that are no longer available.

Transmission service & parts

GEMA Motorsport offers a comprehensive transmission service for racing and rally vehicles. This includes X-Trac, Sadev, Quaife and Drexler transmission parts. Spare parts from other gearbox manufacturers can also be supplied. We also carry out the maintenance and overhaul of Opel F10 and F20 gearboxes. Customized special transmission parts are also part of our range.

Engine tuning

GEMA Motorsport is your partner for professional engine tuning.
CNC cylinder head machining, individual engine parts and performance-enhancing components, with special expertise in classic naturally aspirated engine machining for Opel OHC, DOHC and CIH engines.

Construction & restoration of classic vehicles

We combine our passion for racing with technical expertise to build and restore classic vehicles, especially Opel models of the Corsa A – B, Kadett D – E; Astra F – G era, precisely according to your wishes. Including authentic conversion according to the old competition categories of groups N / A / H, Appendix K, FIA HTP. We attach particular importance to authenticity in the construction. Our network and knowledge from the years of the 80s and 90s in the OPEL motorsport sector is the basis for this.
